Refund policy
Due to safety concerns Sweetzies Candy cannot accept any returns on edible products. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at sweetziescandy@gmail.com and our customer service team can assist you. Any refunds will exclude shipping costs.
Damages and issues
We package each item carefully to make sure your freeze dried goodies arrive to you in peak, candy-crunching condition. After your package leaves our hands and makes its way to you, we can't control that occasionally a package may undergo some rough handling. To put in a claim on damaged items please send us an e-mail titled "Damaged Product" to sweetziescandy@gmail.com, including pictures of the damages item to support your claim. Our customer service team will handle if claims are eligible and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
